We serve Khmer dishes infused with a modern twist that is healthy for you and your family. Fresh ingredients are sourced locally and used in our cooking. Preserved ingredients, seasonings, and artificial ingredients are used minimally or not at all.
Our method of cooking preserves and maximizes the original flavor from fresh meat, vegetables that are carefully selected from local and organic farms in Siem Reap. Bakong's specialty include Fish Amok, Khmer Noodle, Fried Noodle Khmer Style, Khmer Beef Skewers, and Chicken Sour Soup.

Bakong Restaurant
Bakong Restaurant is designed with a modern look and feel, with Asian-themed furniture, and decorated with artistic paintings by a renowned local artist named Chheav Hea. All these paintings are available for sales in our restaurant.
Bakong Restaurant was open since 2018. Our place was previously known as Bakong Villa, a popular place among tourists during the 1990s. After a change of business owner, the place was renamed and the Bakong name was not used until we took over ownership and established Bakong Restaurant in 2018.
Bakong Cafe
Have a cup of freshly roasted coffee, brewed with care from selected beans to nurture the spirit. Choose from big favorites including Latte, Cappuccino and Espresso.
Our restaurant is environmentally friendly with minimal use of plastics. Our drinks, including coffee, are served in glass or porcelain utensils for dine-in customers. Materials are recycled as much as it is feasible, and waste is disposed of responsibly.
Our philosophy is to serve fresh, healthy and tasty meals for you in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Whether you meet up with friends, colleagues, family up to 20 people, we provide you the space and great selection of food and drinks for your indulgence at affordable prices.

They offer a large selection of Starbucks type coffees, fresh fruit flavored blended teas, a great variety of baked goods, made fresh daily, as well as a full American style breakfast menu.For lunch and dinner they have Asian flavor noodles with vegetarian options available.
